H-Med is currently a small team of writers and researchers, an animator, that have created content for the H-Med.tv on YouTube channel.~~ ~~This is activism content.~~ We have an extensive library of scripts ready for production in the greater St. Louis area and via remote collaboration.

The Workflow:

• Collaborative Editing: We provide the script and raw assets; you film the segment. We provide shared cloud access to our DaVinci Resolve database, allowing us to co-edit and cross-promote multiple versions of the same story.

• The Stipend: We ~~will probably start with a donation/payment system. We'll~~ provide a payment of $50 per 5-minute segment filmed. ~~we may or may not use it; and~~ You retain the rights to your footage for your own channels and monetization.

• Promotion: We highly recommend you stream or film the production process. ~~it's promotion for both of us and creates an audience to help it's launch.~~ We will drop by your stream or feature the session as payment/promotion.

• Compliance: To streamline tax reporting, we ~~are currently recommending~~ cap this donation strategy at $450.

• Creative Openings: We are open to ~~other artists~~ creative endeavors with musicians, graphic designers, and voice actors. If you want to share your work, we are your platform.

We work with established and non-established creators to make content on YouTube or via collaborations.  This bridges H-Med with the digital broadcasting community with other activists. Our goal is to assist other independent Twitch, YouTube, and social media creators in scaling their platforms, monetizing their broadcasts, and reaching new audiences.

Non-established Creators
There is also a 'spot' for 420-friendly, 21+ streamers and content creators to see how they can interact with our content in positive ways--we'll often collaborate or shout out--but less established creators can use our platorm to help get stared through a donation strategy.  The second way is they can monetize their reaction to, interaction with, and recreate parts of our content for fair use.  We encourage it.

The Donation/Stipend Creator Code Program

For up-and-coming broadcasters who have not yet unlocked platform monetization, H-Med offers a clean path to immediate revenue. We design our own merch and sell it on our own estore.  Many products on the stores support the H-Med.tv YouTube channel.  This merch will include merch from our content & creations for our community within OUR eStore.  When a code is used at chekout, it tags the creator's code and that order gets tagged with a donation or stipend for that order.

For broadcasters who haven’t unlocked platform monetization, we provide a clean path to revenue:

• eStore Stipends: You receive a 3–4 digit partner code. When a viewer uses your code in our eStore, the entire order is tagged, and you receive an automatic stipend/commission.

• Stream Integration: We provide clean visual ad overlays. We encourage you to share your "sales live" as a way to interact with your fans.

• Graduation (Creative Rights Protection): We believe in total independence. When you are ready to "graduate" to your own commercial infrastructure, we transfer 100% of the graphic files, digital mockups, and IP rights back to you. No ongoing fees, no strings attached.  (We automatically graduate everyone as a hard cap at $450 total to streamline tax requirements.

At any time, if creators need to sell merch through a partnership as an ad for our store and content.  You can work with us to make a stipend using our storefront to learn the business side of things or help where sponsorship is limited. We do not charge the content creator any money at any time, and they stipend  or donation each time one of their fans buy items from out estore using their code.  

*Note, we do not condone any negative or controversial content.  This is a trust that we will not allow any ill content promoted by any of our partners; so you must not break any rules from our "positivity-only content" mantra.  We promise to do the same; and we are a brand that will never make you look bad or post controversial content.  Once requested, each registered creator would be provided a 3-4 digit 'partner code' with ad overlays you can use on your stream TODAY; if anyone buys ANYTHING from our store using your code; you get a stipend on that entire order. Once our partners are ready to 'graduate' from working with us, we give them all the assets and images, and they have full license and control over their designs.  

Seamless Stream Integration
When you partner with us, you receive a dedicated 3-4 digit creator code alongside clean visual ad overlays to display during your live broadcasts. When a viewer purchases any item from our eStore using your partner code, you earn an automatic commission on the entire transaction.  We will share it live and do a donation, thanks, patreon etc with the receipt products list, a great way to interact with your fans, we sell merch that funds our activism; and we both grow our audiences together.  Get paid to stream without paying for anything*

Creative Rights Protection ("Graduation")
We believe in true creator independence. Our program is a launchpad, and from time to time we may offer a guest merch slot on our estore as a collaboration with people in the program. When a partner is ready to "graduate" and establish their own independent commercial infrastructure, we transfer 100% of the graphic files, digital mockups, and intellectual property rights directly back to them. We do not charge creators any ongoing fees, and our setup support is entirely free.  

Guidelines for Partnership
To ensure alignment with modern regulatory compliance standards, all partners must be age-verified ($21+$) and maintain a strictly positive, non-promotional, and educational presentation regarding botanical wellness. H-Med is a brand built on empirical facts, scientific research, and professional advocacy; we do not produce or permit highly controversial, illegal, or harmful content. By maintaining this commitment to high-taste media, our partnerships deliver a true win-win for both platforms.
