By signing, you grant us permission to use your submitted content within our projects, but you continue to own your original work and may use it however you wish as well. The release simply provides us the additional rights needed to feature your content as part of our productions, without limiting your ability to use or distribute your own material elsewhere.

We will not share or show any work if there is not a signed release form; and if making any medical claims or presenting evidence in educational work, we will not proceed unless cited sources & references are included to document your work.
